Consult and communicate with employees, subcontractors and relevant interested parties regarding quality, health, safety and environmental matters

Identify, report, investigate and resolve all non-conformances and incidents, and take action to prevent recurrence

Ensure all employees adhere to Safe Work Method Statements and Safe Work Instructions

Treat external providers as integral assets of the company and work closely with them to meet customer needs

Continually improve the effectiveness of the IMS using risk-based thinking

Consult with industry bodies, employees and professional services to ensure safety standards are met at all times (via toolbox meetings, safety meetings, and audits)

Include the active participation of workers as a crucial aspect of the organisation’s management system
